Just found this game. It's really hard, even with the painkillers, but I love the concept! I can't figure out how to kill one person without activating the police, tho...
Like I figured out how to kill the dad and the subway surfers kid, but the mom finds the body, and then I have to rush. I also can't do the thing with the hose without accidentally killing myself.
