We ask that it follows itch's TOS, which are linked on the main jam page. Discord specifically is really strict about copyrighted material being shared, but posting to itch is more up to you. As long as you don't post about it in our discord and you're following itch's Terms of Service, you're good to go! Unless Beregon (the other jam host) says otherwise, of course.
