This was a delight to read. I enjoyed the poetry, and the Arthurian themes come through really strongly. (Berti and Laks meatgrinder entries were particularly evocative.)
I think the Doomed and Honor system are creative and make this dungeon uniquely fun for a One-Shot.
I think you might be missing a word at the end of room 6, regarding what sword can fit into the scabbard.
