When it comes to making a field generator for face 3, what's an "unstable power source" that I can charge a cell from? I even tried putting the energy artefact back in Astrape to overload it and couldn't find an option to charge the cells.
Charging cells from a facility requires having a cell charger and being in a room with a rover charging cable. Or, in Astrape's case, you have to be in the civilian vehicle bay, because that has custom sockets for the cell chargers.
Ah, sorry, to be clear, I meant overcharging them for side 3 of the obelisk at Laurion. I don't seem to have the option to do so anywhere even after making the cell charger.
Yes, if the power artifact is installed in Astrape, its power system becomes unstable. So any cells you charge in Astrape while the power artifact is installed will become unstable.
