Very nice to see a city adventure, and you gave the city a lot of character. Well done.

We didn't originally intend for the city to be such a grungy place, but the tone naturally developed over time as we wrote location descriptions. There was a point where the team realized we had made a really scummy city and absolutely fell in love with it.
I took a quick look at Caves of Hither and Yon, I'm super jealous of the typewriter script you used. I wanted something similar to that for Way to Wellerman Square, but we never found one that quite fit. The Ogre love letters are very funny and clever. They have a whimsy that is missing from Wellerman Square.
