Interesting game. Reminds me of The Quiet Year in a way, although extremely different. I think the game assumes a knowledge of playing card lingo that I lack, so I am not sure I totally get it... but would be a cool game to be shown in person how it works. I do like the prompts and random table, offering the role play elements, and the fact that it is a solo game is very ambitious for this jam. 

Thanks for checking it out. That's fair criticism. I have assumed the reader is familiar with trick-taking games. Which terms did you struggle with? I would love to refine any of this to make it more accessible.

I could probably do a bunch of internet searches and slowly figure out the game! I am not familiar with trick-taking games. I also did not know that a standard set of playing cards is a French set! So, maybe I know less than the average nerd gamer, I am not sure. It might be helpful to create a cheat sheet or link to a site that explains all the basics. I think your game is probably pretty good (the theme is well done!), it is fair to assume a foundation of knowledge that I just don't happen to have.
