I love the hand made vibe of this. I think even if people don't run the adventure they can still make use of the weird prisoners. Those are always a fun addition to a dungeon.
Thanks so much! My initial brainstorm gave me those 4 prisoners as potential goals in the dungeon and I decided to just keep all 4 and have it be an NPC collection as well as a dungeon :)
