I got pretty far into this, but in the second wing of the prison after I fought a new enemy, was like called a Skulker or something, the fight ended and I was just stuck staring at the wall, unable to move or open my inventory. I had to reopen the game which of course reset all my progress, so I just quit, which really sucks. Definitely need to fix that considering this game is supposed to be completed in one seating, bugs like that are basically a death sentence to your playthrough. Also not sure if this was a mistake but every enemy before this one that was described as having worms/parasites in it, the black parasite vials obviously did a lot of damage, but for this enemy that was described as filled with parasites, it did almost nothing.

That's a weird bug, never heard of that one or can think of what might have caused it; there's a "dirty fix" to the fact that the player's camera is turned to face an enemy on an encounter and the skulker encounter specifically is required to turn your camera so it might be related to that: Facing the wall after the fight is expected but you couldn't move at all? There was 0 feedback such as bumping into the wall or anything trying to move forwards?

The design around having the Skulker not be filled with parasites/effected by the vials was intentional but if you're expecting it to do something I probably messed up with the communication on its claws and what's going on (my intention was to have the enemy coat its claws intentionally vs being infested by them but I probably should have made that more clear especially since so many fights leading up to that clearly have you looking out for parasites = use the vial)

This is really good feedback thank you 🙏

I'll either bug hunt your issue or try to make some sort of workaround to the whole "beat in one session" thing, worst case scenario I'll make some sort of secret input code you can input to force control back to the player that will break the game otherwise but should only be used if you're truly stuck. Thanks again! and sorry you had that experience I'll try to figure it out so it can't happen again 💜
