I'm enjoying the hand drawn illustrations. You can clearly see the difference between some of them; makes me happy to see progress so clearly! Not into the whole cucked thing personally, but can separate myself from the main character easily enough and just enjoy the scenes themselves.
It's also fun to see that the dungeons don't really get easier as such. Sure, you can go back to an older dungeon to delve and it'll be easier, but if you keep going to the dungeon that's current for the plot you'll always be challenged. The balancing is great.
