Thanks for the quick reply. Looking forward to testing the update.

I have a few ideas for new plugins

1. Dolby A / 361 style processor. A big reason why I love u-he Satin is for the Dolby. Particularly Type II on drums.

2. BBD style delay. Clock whine, aliasing, dynamic bandwidth changes, compander interactions.

3. Spring reverb. I know you've got a spring built into the ECHO plugin but could much further, investigating dispersive wave propagation, nonlinear resonances, mechanical interactions, transducer saturation.

4. Console system - less about colour but more about a believable analog signal path where gain staging, channel count, bus loading, and signal flow all contribute to the final sound.

I know there are a few other console systems like Sonimus, Brainworx or AirWindows (my preference right now) but I'd be really curious to see what WD could do.

Something like...

WD CHANNEL on every audio channel and it models input stage, line amp, pan circuit, channel variation, crosstalk etc.

WD BUS then goes on all groups modeling a summing network, bus amplifier, loading effects, saturation etc.

WD STEREO BUS goes on final stereo bus, models the mix amplifier stage, transformer, metering and power supply monitoring.

So the idea is driving more channels increases bus load. The bus amplifiers saturate differently depending on how many channels are active. Channel tolerances create subtle differences. Shared power rails introduce measurable interaction between sections. Crosstalk increases realistically as channel count grows.

The default settings measure like a properly aligned console and the published console specs become validation targets.

Every module is bench-tested against measured performance.

"Character" modes remain optional rather than the default via the rear panel.

Can't wait to see what's next!

Yeah! the Dolby A it would be insane!!

Try WD 361 - I have to update the page to list it but it's in the pack currently !  thanks for trying it out
