I do wonder if it might be possible to embed some structured like tags in order to create a document which a screen reader can communicate the contextual info? (It need not to follow the entire Web Content Accessibility Guidelines -- just some way to let me tinker with my own document)

I initially created this tool out of frustration with existing PDF editors, so accessibility features like document tagging weren't something I'd considered at the time. That said, it's an interesting idea, and I'll definitely look into what's possible.
The project is completely open source too, so if anyone wants to contribute a PR for something like this, I'd be more than happy to take a look and merge it if it's a good fit.
