The half black on the mansion is normal. Some places where ppl sleep, the room become black so you dont access or see they sleeping. A bit of mistery about what the women do alone in their room at night... alone. Hehe
The new follower you must visit the dungeon district at the chaos time, and in the grave there you can interact with a soul. You can choose to recruit it/touch it, or absorb it.

@C.M.Cas Games , yes i found it that was the place i not visited when "chaos time" since as i checked most locations, ppl are rare to be seen in those times and most places are "closed"so was not expecting this thank you again, i also found some new eqipment that may probably be the "magical" items? unbreakable that are not or it was intended? in the new dungeon i mean some weapons and armor pieces, the half black rooms honestly i mentioned it since i was thinking it may be something wrong here but well.. haha, anyway i have also should mention the skills in first post but i was thinking its obviously known to you about the isssue with them, now they decrease in MP/TP cost by each lvl, but i wonder they lvl are only the cost? or they remain the same dmg wise since i only see the lower cost no dmg increase in them, anyway also thanks for those cause i originally wanted to wrote it before, but the list at the time was alredy well, not small maybe in content, but thanks for that as well cause most of the skillls/spells was not usable previously after just a 0 ->1 lvl upgraded.
About skills: Damage skills/spells increase damage and reduce de cost. Non-damage skills/spells double reduce de cost.
The magical itens are rly bugged, I recommend to load an early save before getting them. It will be fixed in the next update, but the fix don't work on itens already in your inventory, so don't take the magical items yet. Unless if you don't care of having to repair them.
well, i was suspecting this, but its too late for me to turn back to previous save i overwrote the same slot crap!! thank you for confirmation, i may think i start again and skip that dungeon maybe i mean i wont open any chest there ... i may keep the current save if you need the name of a certain item, cause some even are accesories that i have without "unbreakable" and they are like the earrings from prolog with special effects also so i think those should be too and are bugged..
