Not obsessed-- I dislike it when people normalize bullying someone for not being faster about giving them the sweat of their brow while bitching about how long it's taking. Picking on someone for not giving you your freebie fast enough is not kind, compassionate, or empathetic... it's just mean--- and so is normalizing it, or understating it. It's like beating up on someone for not handing you something they made fast enough.
