Personally would love to see more adult games released on GOG, but not sure if adult games on GOG are available in Germany, so not sure if it solves your problem.
There was a time I somehow thought Gog was a bit shady or at least not the safest way I could buy or keep games, somehow I expected more viruses and stuff, but you remind me that I planned on taking a look.
