I really like the art in this VN. It's very cute and all the guys are really sexy. Shiroi Raven's art is amazing. I love the muscles on these men.
There are so many VNs that have amateur art, and even if they have good writing and build up to hot (GAY!) sex, they're not as pretty to look at, so MMDL comes out on top.
The lightness of sexual tension may be MMDL's one flaw. Other VNs do a much better job of teasing the reader for a long time before we finally get the explosive climax (pun intended). I wish the story had a little restraint to make us care about the characters and their backstories BEFORE they do it. I would definitely have liked Karn better if I knew about his vulnerabilities before Tristan gave up the ass to him.
But there's so much amazingly well drawn smut here it almost doesn't matter. Woof.
