Option to stay at suburban house is only limited to DC Profitist right now. Take note you need to have at least around $100,000 put into bank acoount & talk to Damien to buy suburban house to be able to stay at the house. Getting that amount of money in DC Fugitive is very challenging since you also need to earn $60,000 to pay to the gang to proceed in the game.
