 Yeah, this has been pretty frustrating for me too. A lot of it comes from the reputation issues and vulnerabilities Unity executables have had over the years, which unfortunately can trigger false positives on some antivirus services.

I totally understand not wanting to take the risk, though. As soon as I can afford a code-signing certificate, I'll start signing my executables to help get rid of these false positives and make the .exe files look more trustworthy to antivirus software.

In the meantime, if the .exe still makes you uncomfortable, you can always use the APK versions of my games or the web versions instead.
