VirusTotal also gave me the positive, but after downloading it and having my antivirus (MalwareBytes) scan my pc, it didn't pick anything up.
Still not 100% sure tho

It's because this was made in the 2009 version of Game Maker 8.0 before publisher information was a thing. I've had the same experience of Chrome and Windows flagging it but the installed Antivirus on my PCs find nothing. It would be the same for all Game Maker 8.0 games without publisher information.
