I'm a little late to the part on reading through the may wolf submissions. This one is the first I've actually managed to read. HOWEVER, I just wanted to say how much both me and my boyfriend enjoyed reading this. Beautifully managed that had my voice catching more than a few times as I held back my tears.
Ælla might honestly be one of my favorite characters from a shorter VN. I'll be honest and say I'm a sucker for that type of character and you all masterfully made him
I simply adored the style that just oozes from every aspect, the UI and textbox changing for each character, sprites, even the references to myths. Just, phenomenal from start to end. Any minor gripes with how some of the sentences were kinda hard to say aloud were honestly so small I only mention them to prove that I can offer some criticism.
I love the restraint you showed with the ending. I won't spoil anything but I feel you took the correct direction, as someone who went in kinda the opposite in his own project.
