Thank you for liking the gam, the reason why the bomb don't blow on zero is because there are so little time to fix the bug that if player use their last move to surround the bomb, the bomb will just blow up, and I think I do know the reason, but I just don't have anytime fixing it, sorry about your confusing gameplay. I think the reason you can't rate the game is because the rating session is already over when you try the game. But still thank you for trying the game out and giving us feedback!
