I read that this is one of your first projects, and honestly, for something made in such a short amount of time, I think it’s really well done. I managed to reach the ending, although sadly I couldn’t find the secret ending.
I liked several of the game’s mechanics and ideas, although it took me a while to realize that I could also use the mouse. The controls mention the keyboard keys, but not the mouse, so it might be worth including it to make things clearer for players.
As a suggestion for future platformers, I’d recommend adding jump buffering and coyote time. They’re small quality-of-life features that make platforming feel much smoother and more responsive.
Other than that, I had a great time. The game is delightfully absurd, and that’s a big part of its charm. The scene where you have to press all the buttons was absolutely brilliant. I’m not sure whether it was intentional or just bad luck, but I ended up pressing every button, and the very last one I had left was the correct one. It made the whole moment surprisingly tense, and I just barely made it in time! The cow scene also gave me a laugh.
Great job!
