Kind of? But not really. There's always some variance in update length, and there have been a bunch of comparatively long updates last year, which now make the most recent ones look shorter in comparison. Important to note, though, is that the long updates took longer to finish, too, whereas time between updates is now going down again. I did also move recently, which took away from both v0.46 and v0.47 in terms of time I was able to spend on making them.
