Currently, the game is only available in English and Russian. Since Bloody Flower of Teyvat is a completely free project made by a solo developer, additional localizations depend entirely on volunteer community translators.
If a volunteer translator steps up to help with Spanish in the future, I would love to add it! Thanks for your interest!
