You've made a mistake with the .tap file, I'm afraid. It isn't a .tap file; I think it's just a dump of the BASIC listing. Anyway, it can't currently be loaded as a .tap. The .z80's fine, though.
I'm afraid that your replacement file is just the same! Oddly enough, zxsp on the Mac can load it (despite issuing a warning), but other emulators can't (e.g. Fuse), and it's simply not a standard .tap file
