The title pun is good, PvP that's actually Player vs Predator, and a frog against an eel in the sewers is a fun idea. The brick wall scenery with green vines and the cyan water pipe running down it has a likeable old MSX/Amiga look, the little green frog sprite is cute, and the double jump responds well.
But as far as I can tell THERE IS NO LEVEL YET. I pressed PLAY, the frog became controllable and the scenery started scrolling, but in over 30 seconds of running there was no eel, no obstacle, no collectible and no score. Just brick wall going past. The only thing that changes is the blue sign with the game title, which cracks as you run and then disappears, and I assumed that was leading somewhere but it doesn't.
There's also no HUD at all. No counter, no timer, no lives. And your description promises "at the end you get your score", but I never saw a score of any kind. There's no menu, no game over and no way to restart without reloading the page.
Honestly this reads like a submission uploaded before it was assembled. The foundation is working, though, and that's worth saying: you have a character, physics, scenery and scrolling, which is the part a lot of people never get to. What's missing is the game on top of it.
If you come back to this after the jam you're already halfway there. Add the eel, add a score counter and a game over, and you'd have the thing your page describes. On the end of life question, "releasing the game on Newgrounds" is a distribution plan rather than a preservation one, so a downloadable build would be worth adding too.
