Sure, I think the About Us page probably coloured your view of everything else as a derivative of the 'murky' origins of the project but sure. I am working on making the nature of the website ecosystem clearer for people who are used to websites that do one thing only. The main idea is that the site is a purposeful Facebook type alternative with all you need to work, live and play carbon neutrally in one place. We are doing a makeover of the website, it's already planned out. And yes, we do want someone working on renewables more than we care about them being capable, capability can be learned, solar power is needed now. For anyone overwhelmed, we have an onboarding game we are making at this moment and the homepage will have a more interactive explanation of the site ecosystem.
In the meantime: Post on social, if you do something green post for points, use points to buy stuff in games or on the marketplace, sign up to be a vendor and offer eco rewards to others from the marketplace as well, share information on group Docs to enable better eco action, host gatherings around eco topics and cowork with others to build your reputation and get reviews on your eco work, get better social and IRL rewards from building your reputation. Each thing flows into the other.
