The characters are cute, and the progression is really fast; it doesn't take long for the dog to start flying across the screen.
I managed to reach the 50k mark just by focusing on the score multiplier upgrade. After that, I kept playing out of curiosity to see what the other upgrades would do.

The progression was something that we tinkered with throughout the entire process after the power up system was implemented, and we decided making it a little quicker would be advantageous for a jam game.
