Really liked the mood of the game, eerie and tense, where the game have you constantly checking around the corners and also checking your oxygen level. The horror here that I could think of is the players keep scaring themselves, imaging what horrors is right around the corner.
Also, the game is good in setting up the mystery for the world, making the player motivated to explore the world. Overall, a very solid entry! :D
