This is fantastic news! I updated the itch page, thanks for your contribution to this project this is so cool!!!

Hi René-Pier,

Thank you again for adding the Russian translation of Boundless Core Rules v1.4 to the itch.io page!

While doing a final editorial review of the translation, I noticed that the enemy Hit Point ranges overlap:

  • Weak enemy: 1–5 Hit Points
  • Standard enemy: 5–8 Hit Points
  • Dangerous enemy: 8–13 Hit Points
  • Deadly enemy: 13+ Hit Points

This means that enemies with 5, 8, or 13 Hit Points could belong to either of two adjacent categories.

Is this overlap intentional, allowing the GM to choose whichever category best fits the enemy’s role in the fiction? Or were the ranges intended to be non-overlapping, for example:

  • Weak: 1–4
  • Standard: 5–7
  • Dangerous: 8–12
  • Deadly: 13+

I would rather not silently change or interpret the rule in the Russian edition, so I wanted to check the intended meaning with you first.

Thank you!

Best regards,
Oleg
