Now, another series of questions: are there any other dialogues in the Q&A of each character that set up specific routes, besides the Breast Expansion route for Patty (that I personally am not interested in; her boobs are pretty decent already)? Second, does Oliphia mind the voyeurism our character can engage with, or is it best we are respectful with her privacy to earn her love later? Third and final, if one is fully honest in being a pervert with Thrishka, does she mind the sex scene in the public bathroom event or not? Also, to further bolster her love and lust in said event, what is best? Can't wait to hear your replies about this matter.
Thanks for your comments. About the Q&A dialogues, yes more will be added in the future. I suggest to check all dialogue event the one you are not interested in because it give some love and lust stat that could influence the character story line later. In the case of Patty BE path, it will unlock an event choice but you will be able to skip it as you want.
Regarding Ophelia, yes respect her privacy will give you more love stat and the best chance to unlock her romantic path later in the game but you are not totally locked to watch some spicy scene :). On the first voyeurism scene, Ophelia doesn't notice you but she had the feeling to being watch. I wont spoil to much but there will be more voyeurism scene with her. Ophelia will catch you at some point, but if you get enough love stat with her, she will let you join her, otherwise, she will kick you out and your chance to get a love relationship is ruined; her route will be ended early. You will get opportunity to increase her love with other events that will coming in future update so you can avoid bad ending for Ophelia path.
As for Trishka, she doesn't mind that the MC is a pervert, (she's kinda a little pervert herself) but honesty matters the most to her. Being honest in general (admitting being a pervert or for something else) will increase her love stat every time it happen, but you will also lose love stat whenever you lie. In future update, you will be forced to lie in some situation, so better not lie to her too much. Regarding the public bathroom event, you can get her mad if her love and lust stat are too low and you will get an alternate scene. To view that scene, just skip her Q&A. You also get an extra dialogue on that same mad scene if she put her boob on you during breakfast.
Other note regarding the lust stat, it's mainly here to unlock sex scene and the way to gain lust is to watch some voyeurism scene when you get occasion or by choosing some specific dialogues. If we take Patty Q&A and talk about giantess stuff, if you answered "Boobs above the cloud", she will gain love and lust stat. As for Ophelia, she would rather be smaller and if you answered "It's a little intimidating", she will get her lust increased. (I will rewording that choice on a later update to make that choice more obvious because it will unlock a minigts sex scene with her later). The lust stat will be also important if you want to unlock the harem path in a future update.
The game is still too early to get a meaningful impact regarding the different stats for now but it will matter eventually.
If you want a hint how to get the most love stat of each current characters:
-Trishka: Just being honest with her
-Patty: Play along with her joke/teasing or get involved into her research. ( Her research will matter for other transformation route such as BE but most of them will be optional.)
-Ophelia: Give her compliment or suggest activities she love

Absolutely! You will have some opportunities in various activities you could do with Ophelia. For example, you can go on a picnic with her and give her compliment about her figure or discuss sex stuff will increase her lust. Then if her love and lust are high enough, a sex scene will trigger during that picnic. Note that some dialogue choice will be hidden by default until you get enough love. Such activities will be repeatable so it will be possible to unlock all possible scene for a specific event.
Other characters will also have something similar.
