My biggest issue is that you often literally encounter a pokemon in the grass or caves every 2 or 3 steps AT BEST. I have gotten encounters for every step in some grass
Are you nude? It's hinted in dialogue to increase encounters
No, that's why I think it's bugged where it's combining the nude encounter rate with the clothed encounter rate
