Thanks for the feedback, it'll really help me polish the game more after the jam! I'll be sure to add options for the volume of the music as a few people felt that it was too loud as well, and I'll make sure that the controls are more intuitive too. I'm happy to hear that you've enjoyed the levels that I've made for the game and the mechanics I've made. As for the checkpoints, I'll definitely add those as soon as possible, in fact I've talked about a sort of rating system in a previous comment based on whether you choose to play with checkpoints or not.
