Very polished! I think it should say what the icons represent though (users, code quality, money, business sense?). I couldn't figure out what up or down meant on some of them.
Thank you! Yes, that is something I've received feedback on and am actively polishing in the post-jam version (since we can't update jam games after the deadline). I left a little note on one of the homescreen pages about what each means, but I agree that during gameplay it's not obvious :)
