I think I get it now. The game just doesn't always respond to "Enter." There aren't any bugs—it just doesn't react immediately, and some people are used to cutscenes ending on their own; that's all there is to it.

By the way, I’d really like to know if you plan to "stretch out" the heroine's pregnancy—say, by another day or two—so she stays in that state a bit longer. That way, the progression of the pregnancy would feel smoother and... well, I don't know quite how to put it, but I think it would look better—at least, that's how it seems to me.
