I support it! I get the same error when I launch it! Both with version 0.24 and the latest version 0.27.3Fix.
I found the reason why the game doesn't start. It seems that the new versions are not compatible with the old saves. Only after deleting global_save_0.ini from AppData/Local/Adulttale does the game start normally.
