Note that the bookmarks from "FORGE Anniversary Edition V1.1.2.pdf" contain embedded destination parameters, meaning they override my PDF reader's default settings (e.g. fit width) with what's in the bookmark (fit page).

I would suggest/request updating the PDF and removing those embeddings, to allow each user to navigate the PDF how they prefer.

Mozilla Firefox's PDF reader for example has a config option, "pdfjs.ignoreDestinationZoom" which helps me override this aspect.

However, apps like SumatraPDF don't have that capability.

Hi there! Can you please let me know which bookmarks are setting zoom to 'Fit Page'?

By default, all section bookmarks should 'Inherit Zoom' and subsection bookmarks should be 'Fit Width'. This was deliberate, so that it navigates exactly to a particular part of a page when a subsection is clicked, e.g. '4) Morale Checks', so that you don't have to hunt around the page to find what you were looking for.

All the bold-italic hyperlinks that allow you to navigate between oracle tables should be 'Inherit Zoom'.
