Adorable game! I loved the art style and the stylization with the flipping character as you turn. Having the sandbox was quite considerate so I could explore too.
One thing though is I would have liked it if the double jump reset whenever I bounce on a mushroom. It only resets when I touch the ground so if I miss a double jump off a mushroom I have to walk back to touch ground before trying again.
Other than that, it was super fun and I found myself quite entranced in the digging. Great work!
