Haha, thanks so much. That "submitted 21 seconds before the deadline" notice is sort of a badge of honor, but it was tense! Expanding the game with a shop that allows those sorts of upgrades, and maybe even some automation, is a good idea. The project is such a tangled mess that I may need to rebuild it from the ground up, but I'm definitely planning on adding those features in the future.

Dude that 21 seconds is goated honestly. I don't think you necessarily need to build it from the ground up - it's a great game as is! I think you just need to refine a couple of things and adding them on top of the base game - I think you should give yourself a little more credit! Don't let this game jam get you down - now that you have a lot you learned, you know what you can do for next jam, which I hope you'll join. Keep going, goat.
