Hello. But I've checked my device and it does indeed support 64-bit. So, I don't know what the problem is....For your information, the game remains frozen; I cannot open or drag it. 
I noticed that the swipe arrow is pointing in the opposite direction on your device. Since your phone appears to be using Arabic, I suspect this might be related to the right-to-left (RTL) interface.
Could you try changing your phone language to English (or another left-to-right language) and see if the game works? Let me know if that changes anything.
