Hi! The most common reason is that your device is 32-bit, while the game currently only supports 64-bit devices.
What device are you trying to run the game on?
I noticed that the swipe arrow is pointing in the opposite direction on your device. Since your phone appears to be using Arabic, I suspect this might be related to the right-to-left (RTL) interface.
Could you try changing your phone language to English (or another left-to-right language) and see if the game works? Let me know if that changes anything.
