Thank you sooooo much for leaving such a detail feedback, we really appreciate that! And your idea is brilliant, we can change the picking UI to the main region while keeping the time wheel still. Therefore, after picking an effect, the wheel can scroll to selected time and the effect can fly snapped into the wheel - which will be really satisfying.
