Probably could have used a tutorial that teaches you what is all possible (Riding pieces, getting pushed by them), but other than that it was actually kinda surprisingly difficult. I think this could be expanded if u made each level its own thing (instead of relying on previous ones). Also was this AI generated? It looks AI generated.

On the AI question: yes, I used Claude to write the code. I'm a web developer, not a game designer, so I built it in vanilla JS with no framework. Writing web code by hand these days feels like living in the middle ages, so I used AI to help me write it (I see it as a shortcut for googling and copy-pasting). But all the chess games are actual historical games, none of the levels are AI-generated, and every sound and graphic you see was made by a human (see credits).
