Hi. That is because one of the five systems had broken down entirely (that is THE lose condition of the game). It might be a bit confusing because the progress bars (that were made in the extended 1 h) are barely visible on the dark background. To see what's wrong, you can also look at the minimap on the top right (the progress bars are below that).
