My wife had this issue trying to play on Firefox on Windows but it worked just fine in other browsers. I don’t think it’s a problem specific to Firefox because it works just fine for me. I imagined it had to do with permissions or graphics acceleration in the browser or something like that. Make sure that you have hardware acceleration turned on or try another browser. I’m sorry it didn’t load properly for you. Hopefully you can get it to work.
