can you explain a little more? maybe there was some confusion with the UI, but you are supposed to sell the drops from the monsters you hunt on the ledge to be able to unlock the first node - it's part of the tutorial.
yea i did it out of order not too sure what caused it but played through the tutorial on web then switched to download so tried rushing the tutorial. skipped checking the pc and went straight into the tutorial dungeon. sold things and only then opened the pc and maybe i purchased the first upgrade before the explanations completed? or maybe i exited before it registered? not too sure but do know i froze in place on the world screen next to the pc for a few seconds
I think I recreated it. Sounds like you were referring to the tech tree buttons at the top. Looks like you have to go through the actual confirmation part of the tutorial to get those to pop up. Really, when you re-open the tech tree menu the game does a check that determines whether those buttons appear or not. Great find! Patching that out as we speak.
