Love me a good Pico8 game! Very satisfying to get a good combo. Took me a while to figure out what was actually going on with the number blocks and all that but overall very well done!
Yeah the number blocks got a bit muddled during development, and in the end the only thing they help with is if your paddle gets bigger than 0, so you’re normally better just smashing them. Once I got things playable/working I ran out of time to really refine the mechanics
