For this update, the Jogger Sarah, Kristy, and some new characters for the college are being added and given some focus!
For the Housemates, Lily and Zoe are receiving some focus in .28. In the .29 update, it will be centered around Mia's rework!

Sorry for the delay - I bit off way more than I could chew. I MAY have added 5 new characters (plus 6 nameless characters for college, like how customers functions). Between wrapping up some pre existing characters and getting the new ones to a working state, It looks like it'll be another few days before .28 drops.

 I could probably drop it now, but I want to do my best to prevent any bugs and test everything myself.
