Added the rain trigger (indoor and outdoor) and a simple broom mechanic to clean.
- The rain triggers after the first customer is served.
- It takes 30 seconds to change the skybox and the particles to trigger. Is 30 seconds too long?
- It will stay raining for the remainder of the game.
- Broom takes 5 seconds to clean. The player will have to hold the right click and press G to drop.
