From your screenshot, it looks like the UI and buttons are working fine, but the images aren't rendering. That usually means the game logic is running, but something is blocking the visual layer.

If you're playing on PC, could you try:

1. Changing the game resolution (in the settings menu, or from the launch window)
2. Switching between fullscreen and windowed mode (some PCs have trouble with fullscreen rendering)

If you're playing on Android, could you try:

1. Checking that the game has storage permission enabled in your phone settings
2. Turning off any "game booster" or "performance mode" if your phone has one
