Which generic npc do you mean?
Often times with an event scenes they'll be a picture of a women even if its a man like for subordinates or slaves that aren't part of the main story.
Uh generic scenes are a bit problematic. It's possible we would expand the image pool to be more dynamic on the event condition but it's pretty low chance and a lot of work.
